1. When this applies
These instructions apply when paid checkout is enabled. They are a framework that the operator must complete for the actual service and applicable jurisdiction before public paid launch. Applicable consumer law determines whether a statutory withdrawal right exists and any valid exception. A subscription cancellation request and a statutory withdrawal notice are distinct; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
2. How to notify the operator
Send a clear notice to the operator contact shown below, identifying the registered email, subscription/order reference, contract or payment date and the remedy requested. You may use the model wording below but are not required to use a particular form. Keep a copy and delivery evidence. The operator must provide the applicable time limits, refund procedure and response channel before a paid order is accepted.
3. Model notice
To: the contracting operator and support contact shown below. I notify you that I wish to withdraw from the following service contract or dispute the following billing charge: [service/order reference]. Contract/payment date: [date]. Registered email: [email]. Name: [name]. Requested remedy and reason, if desired: [details]. Date of this notice: [date]. Signature only if submitted on paper.
4. Trading and account consequences
A billing complaint, cancellation or withdrawal notice does not itself cancel exchange orders or close positions. Pause automation and review outstanding exchange exposure separately. The operator will not treat acknowledgment of general terms or this notice alone as waiver of statutory rights.
